You can make a wobble bass with every vst that has an Lfo and some oscillators :) Examples: Massive, Albino, Wasp (XT), Ex-096 ( http://www.djodin.com/ex096/).. You can probably get some instant-wobble-vst, but if i was you i would try one of the ones i mentioned, and watch some tutorials on youtube to create a wobble, you will get much more satisfaction by creating one of your own :) There are some very good tuorials on massive..
Good luck!

rob papen's predator has some good presets for that, but you can do it with basically any synth, all you need is a few oscillators with a lot of high end as well as low end, putting a filter on those and routing an lfo to that filter (often triplet sync rythms work good) using some attack on both envelope and filter makes it more 'wobbly' and a bit of glide/portamento can be cool. a good trick is playing longer notes but inserting a gate as the first effect to make fast rythmical patterns

Massive from native instruments is great, but kind of expensive. And this is a good demo: www.synapse-audio.com/hydra.php (full version is also expensive) and otherwise, i found this:How to get a simple wobble bass. 1) Choose a simple sound on your synth. (Anything apart from a Sine wave ) 2) Select your LFO and set it to the speed you want (1/8 would be a good starting point) 3) Now assign the LFO to the Filter Cutoff. Which should for this example be a Low Pass Filter* as the sound we're going for is a deep bass. 4) You now have a basic wobble bass, from here the possibilities for tweaking this sound are endless.

in fruity loops : make a bassline , add fruity fast lp in the mixer channel , right click on the first button from the vst , edit events , alt + o (or ctrl + o , can't remember) and you have the wobbles

I use the ITCHY SYNTH vst's most of the time.. It's freeware.
Also the Albino VST can create some wobbles.
In FL u can use WASP and 3x Osc.
