yeah this is a very sensible problem, Jewish people have suffered a lot and Palestinians atoo, the most painfull for me, from the outside, is to see brothers 'cause they are brothers' killin and destroyin themself...  hope it will never be like this with our dear Belgium...

seriously, both (israel & palestina) are drenched in ignorance, so no need to take sides imo
problem is everybody simplefies all these things: jewzz vs moslims (or rich vs poor) there's a whole lot more behind this, other factors that should be taken into account... This war is bigass less religious then the leaders want it to appear to be...

and btw supporting the underdog is a way of life innit.... just sayin...

i think zionism is a bunch of crap; i don't believe that some people have 'more right' to live somewhere then others.
i don't get how Israelian people can forget so easily the horror that happened to them 60 years ago, because their actions against palestian civilians is just disgusting.
I won't defend suicidebombers ofcourse, i firmly codemn them, but Israel is responsible for the continuing violence, as they just keep on killing children for no f*cking reason.  they get millions of dollar from Western countries, and they use it to offend the human rights of palestinian people.
it just makes me sick. 

I,ve been in Israel at least a dozen times ( also in full intifada) .... believe me it's a very serious & complex problem.Israeli's neither palestinians are the real problem ... the international powers behind or against them don't have a permanent solution on their agenda.

I think you made that statement out of the prejudice: "jews believe that they are the chosen people and should live in their biblical homeland"

tho this conflict isn't just religious
btw I was refering to zionism as in the international hatred towards the jews (like that one book, damn there was a documentary about it, used as propaganda by hitler, but now a best-seller throughout the world. anyways its about the conspiracy that the world is leaded by the jews....
more facts: the belief that every jew new about 9/11, therefore no jews were killed. And just like to state: anti-zionism is rooted in the middle ages: christians weren't alowed to ask for intrest on loans by the church... therefore jews became the first bankers and therefore pretty rich => hatred towards jews. that + they were seen as the killers of the allmighty G-zuss)

no but you're totaly right... you just cant throw your opinion out there if you don't know enough about it... I don't choose sides either, just pointing out that its easy to gow cheer for the palistinians....
society & human interactions have grown so complex that its impossible to just say: those guys are right...

i think you mean anti-semitism. the book you are referring to is ' the wise me, of zion' (or something like that), indeed a very disturbing piece of litterature.
you are right about your concerns about the growing of anti semitism, but i clearly state that there's a difference between an Israeli and a jew. i have absolutely nothing against jews, i just have something against the current israelian foreign policy.
But indeed, as stated before, it's a delicate and very complex situation

personally i dont think its a complex problem. The leaders made it a complex problem, but imho its only a money problem, a power and control problem. And that what religion is about  money and power. If the leaders wanted to help the poepl, this problem would v been solved since a long time...
But i dont have lany elements in my hands to really know what im talkin about  i should shut up  :) 

you wrote some wise thingd indeed; i also hate it when people are talking about stuff they haven't any clue off... that's why i'll never involve in a discussion about mathematics :p However, i study history and philosophy, and in many lessons i've seen the really sad story of the middle east, and the killing on both sides

As usuall it's a political problem, and politicians are the cause of it.
The ' normal ' people are basically the same : scared and angry, craving for peace.
Still there's a big problem with the zionist lobby, consisting of fanatic orthodox jews, and their friends in the west : Amerikkka

The israelian politicians use disgusting tactics, for example :

- they take water wells and put soldiers there to fend of palestinians that need drinking water
- they steal palestinian olives and sell them as israelian
- they destroy olive harvests before the palestinians can export them

They actually hold an entire nation down, because of some actions by religious fanatics that blow themselves up in the name of their god.
Both those ethnic groups live in fear, both suffer terrible losses, there is no distinction to be made there, but on a political scale, the biggest responsibility lies with Israel.
They have blocked the finances of the palestinian state for so long that the palestinians don't have the money to build somethig up.
They live in extreme poverty, and what do you expect when you put people with their backs against the wall like that.
Now they build that wall around palestine, what's that about?

As long as there will be politicians like sharon, olmert, bush, hamas .... nothing will change.
When the xtremes can be taken out, then change will be possible.

Also : retaliating for a suicide-bombing, by destroying an entire village and shooting some 12 year old kids is definitely not the way.
Israel must stop to play the ' eternal victims ' and take responsibility for stealing palestinian land.
Palestine must cut down Hamas and show that they are willing to live in peace.

I am from Jewish origin myself, but my opinion lies quiet lineair to Disreality's one :D  !

It is not a matter of picking sides, Israel wants to survive off course, but they
shouldn't make the same mistake by treathing people like they have been. 

And becuz this topic is so complex, I am going to shud up! :D Fuck radicalism.
