Everytime I export a loop in Reason to a WAV file, I get a glitch sound and the end of the file. Not sure why - anu suggestions?
Probably cuz the automation are ending right at the end of your loop...
Maybe try to make your automation clips longer.
Does it also sounds like that if you're exporting the whole thing ?

had the same problem a while ago, it's def something in your track. forgot how i fixed it, but i would suggest to examen the part where it glitches, and make sure all other applications are closed when you export
