D-Brane - Technological Digression on a Bell Sample - CEA 2006

Description

For a cursus in electroacoustic at the Artzoyd Studio Valenciennes, I have created around april 2006 several tracks entirely based on the improvisation sessions made with students (which do and don't have musical background)...

For this title, I have started with only one sample "the bell" (the first one you can hear) and construct the others and a "complete" track. a sort of Sound design exercise ;o)

for the end year show, I have presented a quadriphonic version.

i like songs that are meant as exercices...shows the skills of someone more than a kaleidoscope of presets...

super but too short

it was aimed to be an interlude during the show... Time to move instruments and to change the scene...
also for te show, I have given a quadriphonic version, and played mainly on the sound that come loud and finish very dry, for these a effect rear-front was excellent...
