As says FlashPointProd, beginning is really great!
But the middle is great too.
Too bad the synth that comes at 00:28 (and probably the drums also) flatens the rythm you have at start!

try to use another bass sound, fast attack, fast decay, no sustain, very short release and dont turn the cutoff all the way up. make it growl, its a bit too square-ish imo.
