well if this is your first track than i'm sure you're really talented...go for a better mixdown (some sounds are way to loud, others to quiet)...google a bit about compressors, what they do and how they can improve your sound and such...keep up!!

i agree with monkey.
mix is sloppy, indeed some things are pushed back way too much, but the structure is good.
