-=|Seth Master|=- - Culture Clash

Description

mixed slow soothing piano with some... how shall i call it? DnB-Jazzcore-Breakstyle-Clashbeat and apparently Jungle. whatever just listen

edit: new bassline transition, better drumrollstructure, new sax in the end.

oh ye, and 170 bpm in stead of 160 ^^

edit2: tried to take most of the comments into account:
- bass more centered mastering (maybe still a bit too noisy at first)
- equalizer on the drumroll, less mid/high more punch
- got rid of every vocal and most of the breaks (not all, some i find fitting)
- another (hopefully better) reverb on the sax + softer for more athmospheric effect

you took the time to comment, i take the time to edit :) :) peace all

owh, very smooth song here. I like the combination of different styles and sounds here.

Don't really enjoy the flanged/phased (?) sound of your beats though, sounds a bit empty to me..

other than that, it be very enjoyable ^^.

the first three chords remind me of what could be a High Contrast tune with a lot of drama :)

liked it, i'm not really a fan of the sudden jungle beat, but while listening i appreciated it..

anyway i think composition wise there's not a lot to remark, well done.. good structure as well

production wise i think everything sounds quite harsh.. like the snares/hats have too much mids/highs, kick should have more bass.. the sax needs another reverb for me..

i'd leave the vocals out, as well as the sudden stops in the beats

overall your track needs more depth and warmth. don't consider my comment as bad, because i DID enjoy your song :) you have a good start! now start listening on different sound systems, and compare to other dnb songs to alter your sound

good m8, just the bass's panning bothers me a bit, not bad but it can be a bit more "in the middle" or panned around abit so you get a sollid bass space...
very junglish imo,
keep up!
