Description

New darkstep track with a sprinkle of hardcore on top

Low KB/sec version

Unit 731 is to Japan what doctor Mengele was to Auswitch.
Unit 731 is an institution, a unit of the Japanese army that conducted medical tests on US, European and Chinese citisens during the second world war. Unit 731, unther Shiro Ishii, performed living disections, did high pressure tests, tested biological warfare and more on Japanese state-prisoners.

I mixed some vocals to fit the content. The intro is pretty soft but with a threatning mood in it. The breaks part is very hardcore oriented with lots of glitches and details.

Pleased with the result. I made every synth, bass, kicks, stabs, atmo, texture from scratch and I made some new breaks especially for this track (to be rid of all the naggers who claim that reusing your own sounds is lame)

never heard of unit whatsoever actually. you keep us updated on the horrors all over the world, all over history.

about the track: nice to hear a new one, it's been a while. cool hardcore orientated song, very cof. thumb.

I know its a bit dryn, and the pads power is more in the low frequencies so hard to hear on normal speakers, so a mini-update is coming soon. I've allready changed some stuff but I'll see how the postexam inspiration treats me

nice man, it's kinda 'rechtdoor' compared to your other songs, i prefer the heavy break work over the hardcore approach but still a fat boomin track

been readin the unit's activities, it really makes you wonder what else governments are covering up, even these days
ah well, it's like they say, reality outmatches fiction (by far)

Yeah it bounces on the edge of dnb and hardcore, love those mutes you use here and there.

I can tell you've spent lots of time on the beatwork/fx, that's quite a task wouldn't be able to do that myself.
