I got inspired by an junior jack track and accidently found a youtube video that explained he actually used 3 samples from old disco and soul records to build up the track. I did the same thing only i used on sample from a disco track. My percussion, etc is all original. I always make my drumloops myself and never use any other loops. This was an exception ;)

Thanks for the advice guys. I've got some really positive feedback from a couple of peers too. Unfortunally i'm starting with exams this monday so i won't be able to work on anything for the next 3 weeks. But the way i see it, i can only benefit from this and come back with loads of inspiration to get this track up to the next level! Cheers
