reaman - a black art

Description

really dunno where to put it... but dont want to call it experimental. It got lots of little particals of voices in a happy-ever-after house sauce. Please use the comment to help me find a good genre for this.
wanted to make something like "mouth" by "Iz and Diz" but got lost. There's even some Brad Pitt in it. The rather strange break (that doesn't really fit in apparently) is a short looped "Fight Club" sample.

Not my prefered style, but I can hear you put a lot of work in this, and that earns respect, doesn't it ;)?

very nice track, really love the cut up voice samples and the saxophone,.... very subtle but nicely blended 2gether.... sounds a bit john larner-ish....

anyway, nice track keep it up

ps: i'd lable it as funky dubby techhouse

Nice ideaa! Pretty nifty with those voices in it....Like the special break a bit less, but rest is awesome! Grtz

about the "special break"... I had to incorporate something like it because the song would've lasted 2 minutes and I didn't find any other ideas to change the melody or the song. It would've been +three minutes the same thing.

like said before,no head over heal production, lots of time ,to make it,but the more wonderfull it feels

just inda break i would cut some bass from the sample that bashes, leaves more power, when the kickdrum is back in biznes

good overal, this is definatly something tech house

greeeeeeeeeetz

Quite chilly atmosphere, but a bit too dry for my taste ( yeah, i know, i abuse on reverb... ). Perfect for being played in a pub at 4 o'clock in the morning :) Sounds more lounge then house to me...

long time since i played this one myself... still proud of it. Did someone recognise a part of the Godzilla soundtrack-song Come with me?
No, check out the last half second.

After this long time i have to recognise... the break doesn't really fit in or should be filtered in and be shorter.

Stays good! Got that Mark Farina twitch to it with those voices :-)
