There's just one thing,
Some chords have too much tension in them, and mostly unresolved, especially in the beggining... I don't think its something you really want in a 'sad' labelled song ! Again its your taste that makes it your own so I am in no way a good critic. I am just stating my point of view.
Anyway its very nice, and i dont think its finished... still need some plotting, like a story, with a nice finish, sad or good... or ongoing... like a fade out

I love this piece. Please dont add any more content; but add more length. It ends too soon. I could listen to it for half an hour. I like your sense of control. You don't get carried away.

very sweet melody - not all low piano notes fit that good but it's a wonderfull, hesitating melody with sparsely sprankled thoughts of distant beaches and romantic evenings. Enfin, that's what i would describe it by - but your title suggests other feelings.
