Komestalove - Kavorta

edit 1:
The mastering is getting better I think and it's inspired by a set from James Holden.

edit 2:

Made the kick punchier and made more different perc., it's more smooter I think.

edit 3:

Build up and worked on details, about the vocal I'm gonna change it maybe in the future.

you have made some great track! i like the melo's and sounds. but it's not quite minimal, i'd put it under tec-house (sjit, no such thing on ebel... ) . indeed it sounds a bit like James Holden, or Fred Nasen, Danny howells...
they only remark i have is your beat: it has no punsh, cause of wrong compressing i think; did u put a compressor on the beat? if so, take a higher treshold (for example: -4dB instead of -10dB) and a smaller aspect ratio. also turn a bit on the release-knob, that can also change a lot.

nice muzik you got here, its like a doctor who remix, but it would suit the elektro house section more then just house, its up to the moderator who put it here,to move it back,i pm-ed him....

if i just can sugest you make that break longer ,and play a bit around with that vocal,1/2 loop,1/4 loop,1/16 loop,and gooo;then its a unbeatable track;

nice work u did;

Man man...Damn nice track!

Komestalove [be] - 11 years ago

thanx for the comments

I made the kick punchier so I

hope it's better now.

cestqui [be] - 11 years ago

the songs starts rather fast, rhythme etc

i would give it more time to build up,and again work more with that vocal;but i like what ya did,but can be improved

adio [be] - 11 years ago

excellent, more like this please

Rawc [be] - 11 years ago

this is beautiful!
indeed: melo's are great and sounds a lot like James Holden (which is a good thing)

Maybe that kick still a bit more to the front (or maybe the other perc's slightly to the back?).

READYdot [be] - 11 years ago

Whoo, nice, nice, the vocals are excellent, I'D like to put in some more nastyness to this thing, some crunching and trashing to get that too clean feeling away... needs a more analogue feeling imho! Really great!

Komestalove [be] - 11 years ago

Thanx allot :)

nice job.... the holden influence is very audible.... i like it.... keep on going....

edit... i knew it sounded familiar... the notes of the bassline are allmost the same as petter's song.. some polyphony. not that that's bad, i really like that track... so big thumbs up

TKY [fr] - 11 years ago

Kyran [be] - 10 years ago

Now this is the think. Damn nice track, very deep, good melodies, some nice effects.
And while this track is super, it feels like there's still a stunning masterpiece in you.
Keep it up

transynth [be] - 9 years ago

Great progression, your best work up till now without any doubt!

Anonymous [be] - 8 years ago

it's nice but sounds way too much like an extrawelt tack (to the point where it sounds copied), it's hard not to be influenced by those sounds though hehe :)
