It's as relaxing as when my wife had here periods

with only one heavy bassline it would so very much be dub !
would put lots of variations in the rythme, f i. take that snare away once in a while, and put like a ridiculous amount of delay on ur drums ;)

i think you should introduce a pumping bassline, maybe even a disco minded bassline. would fit great in here

I like the bongos and the brass, but up til now there's too little variation in it. Like you said yourself, ICZ and you kept it simple, so I guess you just got the bones of this piece scrambled together.

Indeed some deep bass is needed, and if I were you I wouldn't have the guitar triplets play throughout the entire song. Also there could be slightly more reverb on the guitars.

Maybe there could be more reverb overall, once you're doing your final mastering. Lyrics and vocals would definitely be a good idea.
