Omyiga - Leaving Traces

Description

I've put a looot of work in this one; it's a postrock-electronica-styler with drilly beats on top of it. Towards the end there's a buildup and a climax with distorion guitars. So again almost all melodies are made manually with guitar. One of my better tracks I think (=

What do you think about the beats?
What do you think about the buildup/climax?

thanks for listening

massive!
as a post-rock fan i can honestly say that this is the best i've ever heard on ebel!
awesome!

the build-up's great and so is your climax,
but on the climax the guitar's EQ could be better, as you said it's in red... but fucking sweeeeet!!!

hye zijn comment leek mij zo enthousiast, corekicks pwned xD

i think the beats are wonderfully gearrangeerd, moestek er een naamke op moeten plakken zou het zo postrock meets flashbulb zijn. hye heeft gelijk

i like it a lot. all sounds great except for the part with the distortion, it's a bit too heavy imho

nice job! really like how you made the beats work. i hear some explosions in the sky influences? i think the mastering is quite allright, perhaps bit more mids on the beats? i dunno. voorderest geen mierengeneuk langs hier :)
ahja one mur thaing, think the distortion in the end is too pronounced perhaps make it a little bit more downside? dunno bit drunk so my opinion is'nt all that atm :p

great, very cool feel to it.
i'd put the beats more upfront (sharper) but you'd need to change samples for that i think but that's just my taste.

cool explosion, though it sounds cluttered. try panning the distortion around to open things up and make space for the snare

ok thanks for the tips, kga em één dezer dagen eens editten : )

coole track.. a bit messy indeed in the climax.. the dynamic range should build up towards it. begin a lot softer and more subtile and then you could go louder without clipping the levels to avoid digital clipping

nice track, i think i heard this one in the whitecat once

nice integration of your guitar, i'm experimenting with some of this stuff too, but more funky than emotional
