batsman - Make tea not war

Description

Hey all,

I tryed for something new, more melody's and notework. i only have my doubts with the drumloop i was going for something more crunchy or metal in my mind but its still to noisy, bassy or something, i don't know.

leave some comments so i can finish it :D.

it sounds wired from 1:40

wow, that's so much out of tune that it's quite hypnotising

how do you mean with out of tune? the melody or the pad?

Jelle [be] - 14 years ago

whoo, i'll try.. from 1:40 on you have 3 melodic instruments eh? the one thing above the melody that was already there are the same intervals but in a different scale, so they sound out of tune. the high melody there above is again in the scale of your first melody, so again that's out of tune compared to the second melody.

sometimes it's a cool effect going out of tune, like later in your song. But maybe you should, if I may say, relisten the melodies you add and maybe just try to transpose them until they sound onkey.
