Xingu - Seitan
Description
first you take the flour
and put it in a bowl
you mix some water and some shoyu
and add some ginger to
then you mix it together
you knead it with your hands
make your finger work
until it feels like a rubber ball
now you have the basis
just tear it into pieces
you start to boil some broth
drop them them in and wait
and after 15 minutes
you add some green kombu
and maybe some laurel
and spieces if you like
wait an other half an hour
and ready is wheat meat
now cut them into slices
and bake em like desire
