i dont know if this is possible in fruityloops, but i would make some changes during the song in the parameters of the synths u use, like the cutoff and stuff. this will make the melodies sound more like 'real' goa and make the track much more dynamic. also try experimenting with beat-synced delays, wich is also very goa. overall this is a good start, but it doesnt seem 100% finished. cheers.
