dynamik - red rob

Description

it's been a while since i've posted a song due to lack of inspiration. this track is my personal interpretation of one of my favourite labels border community... so if some parts sound familiar... dont shoot me :) as for the category i've put it in house, but it doesnt suit it .its more progressive with a touch of minimal... enjoy and please comment....

Nice minimal approach! The synth/bell sound that comes after the 'intro' part...makes it a bit 'trancy' ...without being really trance...dunno how to put it.... But nice track on itself! It's just my personal taste / opinion....grtz

Ps: where dit you get all these sounds? send me an email back ;) holmphilip@hotmail.com

this is a very moody track! i like it!
but your basses are WAY TOO LOUD compared to the rest of the frequencies. between 2 and 4 kHz, it is almost empty. i would say: lower your base- parts, maybe do some filling between 2 and 4kHz, and it will be a lot better qua freq's ;)
also: make it a bit more stereo, the correlation has only very little movement. you could solve this with a stereo-enhancer on some instrument (not on the mastermix!!), panning some little sounds a bit more to the left or right (alternating), or by putting a wide reverb (no too long) on some parts.
the melo's etc are very good, now it's only a matter of better mixing ;)

Very nice track indeed, you style is very cool.. like it a lott... Mastering is fine imo but maybe the bassdrum needs a little more depht and volume...
