the japanese garden !

I really like it and you're right it stays in mind for hours and hours...
You've got talent for making melody's !

The only thing I regret is the beat a bit too simple, i know you can make better beats !

And something is still missing ! The japanese voice !
I'm searching for it, i'll search in the mangas I have and try to put a vocoder on it :p

Nice sounds and, yes, you are a melodies finder! Great arrangements. It sounds a bit as a game soundtrack. An alien Mario? ;-) Nice one

good stuff, the melody just burns itself in your mind. i think maybe you need some more balance in high sounds vs low sounds, now everything is in the same frequency range.

The whisteling instrument is a home made subtractor configuration.
I go googelise Vladimir Costa...

five certainly now, i'would like to know how you made your litles revers on your melorythms xylophoniques, i like that, and the melody is fresh and some time my brain need that ;)

well, its the first time i work completely with this 3 time method :

1- find instruments & melodie
2- create a full song of 4-5 minute with this melody in my tipic scheme : intro, full song, slow down, return with more rythm, darky slow down, final return, ending. Very simple and repetitive: no effect, no cuts, no breaks.
3- hyper sequencing (reverse, hi cut, transpose, time strech...) with abelton live.

And thats it, my first song totally made with applied method.

I think, exept for big compo (like Being a Music Puppet) if you apply this method to anything, booogie boogie, blues, jazz or chantal goya, it make cool idm music... Isnt "ammo" who have do the same with a huge sample of Britney Spears ??

brandtkalk [be] - 18 years ago

I'don't know "Britney spears" ! she is on ebel? ;)
