the rythmic is too dry. the hits are ok but they dont really fit with the kick, hat and snare imo. is that a "909" kind of kit? i'd change it. it doesnt sound "mechanical" enough.
the pad is way behind your other elements, you barely hear it. add some stereo effects. maybe just a chorus? give it more depth. you can also assign a lfo to modify the cutoff freq of your bassline.

and try 3-5-7 bpm faster.

maybe after a while , connect the bass into one flow, to ad to the momentum of the track...

nice bleepy electro! maybe more master compression to make it more powerfull (unless this is your intention...) . VERY nice vocoded voice! maybe ad some subtile fx sounds to fill it up or layer some melodies....
