yeah!!! a new jokke-track :D fantastic sounds like always :))
i would keep the "ploing" from the beginning in it, next too the "zwooing", if u understand what i mean ^^
and with such elementz, i expect an explosion of sounds instead of just adding the beat again in the middle.
you have awesome sounds, only your structure could be better.

Thanx 4 the comments. Allthough I'd have to listen to it again to figure out what you mean exactly. Do you mean that the bell sounds should be in there from the beginning? 'cause that might give the track more euhm... homogenity. Bc someone said to me that it feels like a combination of two tracks again, my usual problem. Anyway, I'm just gonna leave it alone for a while, until I allmost forget what it sounds like. Best time for a rework. Grtz.

you know if its possible try playing with the decay & release of the rough main 'hihat' (or w/e it is that makes the rhytm the whole track)
cheers

Oh yes, powerfull stuff, instant floor-shaker it is!
I also expected an explosion of sounds, but i think by only bringing the beat back in, you maybe keep the tension more than by throwing it al loose, could be I'm wrong off course but it shure worked for me the way it is now.

ik ken hem persoonlijk :)

The bass should be quite deep and warm, but the connection between the kick and the bassline is completely gone. And that's kinda the intention. Or could it be the compression that's the problem? About the hi-hats... I always have to render my instrument layers, 'cause otherwise my computer just can't keep up. That sucks, 'cause then I can't change the automations anymore... And the kick that comes in near the end... I just thought it could have an intense effect on the dancefloor. I could be wrong, but I'm just gonne have to find out I guess... Thanx 4 the input guys. Grtz

Jokke [be] - 17 years ago

Yes, maybe the build up should be more subtle. Perhaps I can solve my problem in this way.
