Gogole is working on a new version of the lyrics so we'll let the track in ICZ for a while until we're happy with the final result.

@gogole : Merci, je vais encore un peu bosser sur la voix, le mastering et l'effet de la dernière partie (il ronge le parasite) du texte ne me satisfaisant pas.
Je vais probablement prendre la version scandée pour cette partie là.
Enfin, si tu te sens d'attaque pour le chant ... je suis partant ...
J'ai longuement hésité sur le nom du projet aussi, "l'amour est seule vérité" aurait été plus logique mais "boulversante hérésie" me semblait plus accrocheur.
Si tu as une idée de nom pour le projet commun...Je n'ai pas vraiment d'idées...

thanks BpOlar, as I already said to gogole, I'm not plenty satisfied with the voice mastering & Fx. For the moment, my ears need a rest so I'll work on this project again in a few days. I'll try to keep the voice in foreground but as I work with headphones (no other choices as I work near my 4 years old daughter's bedroom) it's very difficult to correctly adjust the volume and the sounds is different in cubase than in the audio rendering (grrr)

As you're still busy with the mastering, I would suggest to take some high freqs out of the voice eq.

the voice is eat, reduce the delay/reverberation of the voice and a thing like +6db. else that's good and subtil

haaa^^ thats the kind of music that fits it better! hm givs me inspiration infact, to do a retry with the vocals...

ur atmo and synth sounds very dramatic and dark, real nicelly done. gots a lil rock attitude^^ all together its a lil too dark for my taste, since the content of the text isnt that hopeless or obsolete imo... gogoles voice timbre isnt very dark neither. yes a personalized recording seems best.

but it fits already good... idd use higher notes or some kind of evolution towards' rebirth', and the vocals also go from whispering to exitement^^
anyway, nice work bro!

as I said, and as I'm almost as lazy as I'm crazy, I'm waiting for the new vocals and will have another approach on the lyrics. Less, but very less FXs.

Dark ? It's not that dark and btw, why should I make happier music as almost nobody thinks that love is the only truth ? They believe in gods, in human laws, in their insignificant ego but not in love. That's why this track must be dark, even darker, because I suffer the pains of hell when I look around me.

well...u certainly got a friggin point^^ and its ur expression also, u decide what feelings u express, and how many optimism u give it... pessimistic isn't really fertile, all dough it can push someone to go forward, out of boredness with darkness. i guess i miss a lil faith in the sound^^ me= dreamer...

but, since the voice isnt very dark, the melo's are allowed to be dark.

bah, anyway, this track was done before we had that famous discussion on the wall with gogole...
I only had to do some really little structure arrangement so the track was long enough to suit the lyrics till the metal glitch melody @ the end of the track.

By a fortunate coincidence, it is that text, voices and music amalgamate very well together. I'm pretty sure that the new vocals will be much better.

Yes, I didn't work a lot on the melodies & structure as I consider the voice as an instrument.
I'm still waiting for the new version of the voice so I can put that track out of the ICZ.
Anyway, I prefer she takes her time to make the voice on her way.
