its not bad. maybe a little bit more variation in your bass line would be welcome. also that bass sounds doesnt realy appeal to me (but that's a matter of taste). I would have layerd it with other sounds, compressing them together to have a more full bass sound (now its to much acid-like, but I must confess I realy dont like acid ;)
