sounds pretty good but I don't like the triphop and jungle combined. That just doesn't fit for me.
I would also like to suggest that you build in some imperfections in the part where the organ is playing solo (with the beat). It sounds a little too 'computer-built' at the moment.

I would start with the beat immediatly,
your synths need more depth and sound quality (maybe add some effects? and some more variation)
i like the rythm section around 2:30 but the synth play which enters then is two eclectic to my taste (and rythm wise it fights with the rest)
