fiiiiinaly finished

I put redelijk much time in the beats this time + added panning effects enal
It begins like an electronica/idm song, and ends postrock-ish...maybe a bit weird combo, but I wanted to try it
Samples are taken from the movie "The Illusionist"

- I fixed the guitar storingskes, since I finaly have an interface for my guitar now ^^ + it just irritated me
- I EQ'd everything a bit, vooral the piano/rhodes; don't know if I did wel, I'm nog ni helemaal weg with that
- got rid of the distortion on the guitar (it sounds cleaner now, but I think it's less powerfull like this..pff euh achja)

doesn't happen very often that I find the energy to edit an old song dermee the repost é

yep nice track, cool sounds like that 'false sounding' synth and that distortion synth thing, I like that :D Nice drums too. Not that fond of that rhodes sounding synth in the beginning, sounds a bit too heavy and the melody a bit 'unstructured' too.
That crackle really sounds like a buffer problem or something, check your latency and cpu in ableton and stuff, maybe update your interface etc. very nice lyric sample too

wederom een heel schoontjen mr de melo's kunnen wat meer pit gebruiken, het kabbelt te zachtjes nu, verder niks op aan te merken of ik val in herhaling, duim omuuge!

nice feeling this one has...
i like the panning on the first percussion, gives a nice feeling, like little bugs running forth and back...
the postrock switch gives a very sad Mogwai feeling and the samples makes it perfect!

Other than that nice sweet song, you seem to be good at making easy listening tunes with a story, that often go crescendo.

That might be even a point of critique for me to you, seems like you always have a calm start and then keep going crescendo, before falling back into the calm part. Okay so I haven't heard all of your songs yet but when listening to some in a row it's noticeable how you more or less use the same building pattern in each composition...

hm true I do that in most of my songs nu daget zegt. (I didn't even know that term lol)
Actually I don't think about those things very much. I think I get that type of buildup from postrock or something.
