Letrange - Proof of Power

Description

Proof of Power>>>>??<<<<<

Desert Eagle .50 or REPLICA

I would go for a Desert Eagle for shure but the REPLICA would deff do the job!

Drum and bass neuro influenced.
Filtered and panned reeces layered with subs
Done in Reason and final touch for mastering in Logic.

Tony aka Bullet Tooth speaking (Snatch film)

the neuro bass is BIG!
sounds great, just the way its enveloped is imo a bit chaotic

you're deff improving your skills
just work a bit on the story and the details (like some reverb & cutting on the vocals, filtercutting here and there etc etc etc) though that stuff would be done better in a program with better wav options (ex ableton/FL/Cubase). The song could use some more impact overall.

good goings
keep it up

couldnt hurt to indeed add more detail...but:
real good man.
really wicked vibe,mood
and love the panning of the bass'synths, realy nicely done, cool organicness in it.
Pretty original DnB tune man, real nice.
Also like the fact you didnt use too many layers.
FAT thumb up

Letrange [be] - 15 years ago

waaa! Thank you guys! really happy of your reactions!

@Skip and COF : yep you'r right for the details! actually I didn't really concetrate on the details at all. But I shurely will work that some day but you know how it goes...getting borred off that track so... but I would like to begin a new one with the same kind of sounds and yes, more sharp for the details.

@COF for the envelope thing I don't really see what you mean?

Thanks you------

the way the bass gets changed over time

more less resonance/filtering
the way it is adjusted is called the envelope (the line you see when you edit an effect internal or external)
that is a bit chaotic, could use more structure

(so: the fx on the bass are structured a bit chaoticly)

but as mentioned: real nice man woezee

Paranoized [be] - 15 years ago

Another great one man!
Im just not convinced by your drums tho, the lack power. If you want you can contact me and we'll have a talk about it, dont have time now.
Oh, and be carefull with panning bass so extreme all the time.. Subbass should allways be centered, so basicly for all sounds beneath 100-150 Hz panning is a no go.
Keep rollin!

yeah, layering is key! also paning in the mix, but i must admit, however cool the panned reeces sound, it might be a bit to much, use it scaresly for maximum effect, pan other more stable elements around for a good stereofield.
work on your breaks and add some more elements and you'l gave a great track!
keep on going!

Letrange [be] - 15 years ago
