amaj, great song!! good rythm with nice stereo-effects, ecellent bass,..
i'd say: make it longer: intro, outro, variations,...
also, around 3.04, the sound is quite thin (before the beat kicks back in); make it fatter (more midlow) and give it a little extra right before the kick.

the moment you post the finished version, it'll go to my hdd ;)
