Carbura - The Grasshopper

Description

Hi,

After a little break I made a new track. I'm not sure wich style it is! Is it electro? Trance? dunno. It started out as an electropop track.

Please let me know what you suggest if ya listened thru the whole track.

EDIT --> some add's and a better ending. enjoy!

nice,sweet -warm sound,good dynamics

structure is kind of strange,at 1min40 there's a cymbalhit, but no changes afterwards,i founded a bit empty there, and later ,it changes a bit too much,

much sounds are introduced at once, but the melochanges themselve are realy great

this is may be your 1ste real good track for me,a break can do great things

luv it,i'm curious about your next aproach, only some details that i mensioned, the base of the track is there, and good!!

Wooooow! Yes! This is amazing! This is the perfect summer electro track! I luv it, damn man this is great! The end of the song is a bit of a sudden death, but still, awesome track! Great bass, funky tunes, pro-stuff! Added to my favourites.

Carbura, you've created a good flow, nice clean sounds, nothing too much or too few... well proportionned.
Nice work

all right, melodies are really well put together! Maybe it's not relevant (too much my subjective opinion), but the rhythm isn't really 'dynamic'... the clap is stompin' through the whole track and those hihats give too little extra movement. What i want to say is: i cant dance this melodies with only those rhythmic parts.... Greetz & thumbs up

dont over-use the mastersuite!!

if ya have a mastersuite on the final mastermixer, check this>>

bypass the monster, theheh>lower ya pc volume, cause i'm not liable..

if the led,in reason>clip, burns like hell, just lower the volume until say 76 %,just untill it wont clip, then aply the mastersuite back on

ya will end up with cleaner results, and more dynamics,if not change some mixersettings, more kick etc,but re-check,with same method

it aint always that logic-obvious,certainly with limiters-compressors

Nice tip! Thanx cestqui. Guess I forgot to mix it again after adjusting.
I'll work on it in my holliday, starting monday!

Thanx everybody for the comments and tips.

smooth, melodic, could use some extra attention in the rhythm department.

If I here this, I can accept ur comment without a problem :-).
Some other songs missed some melodical variety ,thaat's what I thought, but this one proofs u have potential or something...

Definitely electro, allthough the faded-in crash and the overall feel gives an technoid impression! But that's the kind of inovative things I want to hear!
