Description

Kid Whisky; At the age of 5 he started playing classical piano with Robert Redaelli, later on moving towards jazz composition and improvisation. As time goes by, the Kid discovers electronic music at events such as legendary "Made in Brussels". In 2005 he becomes intensely involved in electronic composition and goes to Mons conservatory to follow electroacoustic and acousmatic themes in the class of composition of Annette Vande Gorne and Philippe Mion. He ventures into different house styles, and acousmatic. It’s through "freestyle" that we can best define his current creations. His touch, very personal, is definitely minimal but with accentuated of different tones , noise and cut articulations. His music has been developed essentially for live performances with his friend Hybr!dz or spacialisation in acousmonium.
