What happened to Electrobel ?

Well, after years in the making, the version 3.0 of Electrobel is finally out.
A lot of things have changed, some features disappeared, others appeared.
It is also the reason why the FAQ has been emptyed out, because it didn't reflect the new website anymore !
Apart from that no other content was harmed !
