Description
My goal in making detroit techno is that one day I might create a song that is as emotionally profound and undeniably groovy as Derrick May's 'R-theme' or, for the unknowing, 'Strings of life'. This track testifies that I have still a long way to go, or that I may never reach that goal. But it's good to have a dream.About this song specifically: it's a bit boring at first but once it gets going it's alright, i think. the break is not really allowed in detroit and i think it cheapens the song, but it's hard to resist since it's so easy! for the fans of the first hour, they may recognize a distinct 'they say all is rational' influence.

i thought i "knew" detroit techno because i knew kevin saunderson's style but this sound is deeper.
very inspiring to me, i think i'll start that detroit revival right away.
