PS : The movie does describe "Caravane des Quartiers 2006", a three days festival organised in Liège during summer. Manu Chao offered a concert as a surprise to the organisators who are his friends. He came with Radio Bemba & they played the first day night for free. In fact the entrance of the first day was free too. Can you believe that? You better, 'cause it's true! As a matter of fact, I made the movie for free also. I'm kinda proud of it. Money's too tight to mention…
