Nice atmo, but it should evolve more imo. Add more layers pads, maybe some subtle melo's...

I wouldnt say 70's but I really enjoyed it, not repetitive for a 3 minute track. If ! you would make it longer, wich I suggest, then you should make some verry slow and subtle evolution, maybe perhaps towards some brighter mood ,or even towards some more deep and dark mood, you know?
Or slowely introduce extra percussive elements...

Allright I second Skip. I would add more layers and make it evolve slower, more dronish... I like the sounds though think you can make a great track with it!!
