Electrobel

Description

this is a remix made of an unreleased track by a friend of me.
(I have his permission)

the original track is a 7/4 rhythmic piece made with only dry cheap sample sounds (prob. 909 samples or something)

I remixed this using
a) processed sounds from the original track
b) a fat kick & snare-sample I had lying around on my PC
my sounds are usually mainly generated from softsynths& processed instruments, so it was very interesting and worthwhile to work in this way

the sound is supposed to be comparable to the kind of techno I like to listen too (deepchord, basic channel, ...) but a bit less serious

also, I should probably change something in the final mix, as the bass sound is a bit muddy at times.

regardless, i'm pretty proud of this accessible track, for me in a genre I am not used at all to making
