yep, minimal tech
there is no other section available like 'minimal' so this is techno... check every store all those minimal tracks are catalogued under techno ...

but hey :) feel free to not call this techno because it's not hard ...

btw i'm not that professional, that's another reason why you would suggest it is not a subgenre of techno
