4EYEZ - Kid Donnie - D2E

Description

A sideproject,...not really house, nor techno,nor electro. whadyummucallit?

Features an acapella by Todd terry (house sermon) which fits nice in i think.

I uploaded a 'short' version, maybe a good thing. This track was meant for clubbing, not just listening!

It's actually an older track with some changes and an acapella. Wanted to know from you people if this song can be used.. or if it's maybe just trashcan-material (=garbage)

Hint: put it loud!

well done, with a cool voice...
but i've got a bit a boum-boum-boum feeling
otherwise, maybe after the voice some distortion, just to keep going :)
just a thought

mixed feelings about
,vocal can be better,its not cause it spoken vocal,it has no tone colour,slice it,and those who need to be pitched are axesable then(but its no work for reason);also its like it stand alone in the song,try to blend it,cut some low frequincies

then a stupid detail,its not matter of taste,its matter of feeling what be needed;

and i think a clap would be better then a snare in this;

its usable song,just not how you present it on our plate

i could use desert after this,greetz

i like the idea, the vocal & the sounds.
but to make it more uplifting
add more layers to the melody, one octave lower/higher, use a filter.
add more percussion, closet hi-hats or shakers and an open hi hat.

do you know booka shade's "mandarine girl"? i think you wanted to create a similar atmosphere in this song.
