Soul Society - City Moods
Description
Drum 'n' boring, I hope it's appreciated :pThis time I wanted to make something like Well Being or Donnie Dubson, more laid back kind of music with a constant flow. Still looking for the perfect strings/organs though.
O yeah, this version has the kick in it, I forgot it in the previous one.. :p
edit: after a pretty long time I decided to work on this track again. I edited some stuff like the break etc, but I sure could use some tips mixwise.. Grts!

gating means cutting parts out. So if you gate you cut small peaces of audio out. Here I meant cutting 1/4the of eatch brushhit out. Your sound will be less fluid but it will sound less like noise. And with "brush" I meant the highhat (a brush is the same as a highhat but instead of hitting the hat with a stick it gets hit with a sort of brush, giving it a more enriching sound. pic: http://www.headhuntersdrumsticks.net/Images/Models/ss_jazzbrush.jpg )
