Description

Floating on a platform in the cold water, watching it all fall down..
this drone piece is the first of a large collection of recordings I made with playing a bow on every string instrument I own.. mostly used for soundscapes in soundtracks for robosto (EVAR) or other projects.
All you hear is a bassguitar played with a bow by me and a fieldrecording of a floating platform in the harbour of Antwerp. the clics you sometimes hear are a small defect in the bass.. I didn't removed them 'cause I like the fact that the whole piece isn't perfect at all. Especially because it was the first time i even tried playing with a bow..

indeed a bit the god!speed/set fire to flames approach. like what I hear, but would be more interesting if I hadn't read about the bow :D nevertheless, good work!
