Cretan, this is really good! hard to believe there hasnt been more appraisal this far. Ambience is excellent (it has a massive attack feel to it), but the overall rythm (not the bpm, but the speed with which it is build-up etc) is a bit too slow too make the song catchy, now it's a bit "heavy" to listen too. if you understand what I mean? (I know it's very subjective ;))


You have got to re-record the whole thing coz the quality is a shame and I'm telling you that this song has incredible potential with some structure adjustments and with professional mastering and recording. I'm impressed for sure!

(btw some dude from L.A. played ths song in his radioshow -> he didnt seem to mind the bad quality) anyway, i think you guys are right/ the quality and some structural issues pull the song down... i made this song a year ago, on my pc in my student room in leuven, no real quality monitors (cambridge soundworks: discosmile: only bass and treble), no good audio interface, no good mic, a epiphone guitar and a line6pod... now we bought a little studio with the band (motu 828 soundcard, P4, behringer truth monitors, shure sm57, Shure beta 52 , Rode Nt1A, ... and loads of instruments and amplifiers) and maybe i'll try to record this song with that equipment... i hope then i can manage to surprise your high demands... :))
(no money to pay producers or pro studio days...i'd rather spend it on microphones or software or new monitors)
