I say keep working solo. :)
I didn't really like it, except for a few parts. The pizzicato-like sounds annoy me like hell, and should be used only sparsely. Background layers could be a bit louder, to give a bit more depth to the mix.

I really think that your solo-work is a lot more interesting, but since this is only the first collaboration of the two of you, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

thnx for the reply Rabauw, realy appreciate it ... Your remarks are entirely true but I don't think that the song is a bad one ...

the mix and equalising of the song is one of the best we've ever made, I tested it on speakers with a high quality ... (not on pc speakers or some other cheap stuff)

i know u like dark elektro, and that's exact the genre of Yenneman, this track is a combination of trance, house & elektro, the (annoying? = rather trancy) pizzicato plays just about 1 minute, I'm still working to perfect that, maybe with an automation and some fx ...

anywayz thnx for the comment, an update will follow, good luck with your work, kindly regards

Nick B.

Ah so this is the old collabo !

Hum actually you can hear the little "i'm beggining in fruity loops" kinda high hat sound which i really dislike !

Well after hearing your new collabo i guess its probably because you guys prolly learned alot of stuff since because actually the compo is like your other works, but the sound is lacking a bit. And some loops are not so great !

Nice track guys, but I think it fits better in the trance section.

This is an update, about one year we posted our first version on electrobel. Lots of things have been changed. New mastering, some things are shorter, the trancy pizzicato is now a saw... some things are added, and so on... Just check it out! Cheerz FD

think it's not bad really
put some more aggression in the drums and percussion.the drum structures are a bit simple, but i like the snaredrum, sounds clean.
If i were you, i would make a 2nd version of this one with more drums and a raised tempo.would be nice
good work ;)

Really liked this song but had the feeling there was more in it.. Great mastering and atmosphere.. But I would consider another edit with some more powerfull and RAWER sounds for the lead :-)

Well, Bedlam your first comment was right about the song. It sounded unmastered, a bit fruity like. We didn't change much in the new version but the sound is much much much better now.

Also we've changed lots of things on the structure, but we didn't change any patterns, so it's weird u don't remember hearing this. Anywayz thnx for your comment. Thnx 2 people like you we've improved our old version into this one

Greetz!

I agree with Rabauw about the background... it's too much in the background.
Changing details along the song would make it more interesting.

Like the general flow of the song but it's not really my thing.
